Job Description

Business Operations Analyst Denver, CO. Life at YES: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Entry-Level Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and supporting company business operations including, sales, operations, inventory, procurement and/or expense control. Additionally, this position will provide back-up on revenue and utility management functions, helping to provide actionable insights that contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in decision-making processes. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate current business operations, workflows, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of operational strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collect, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant business data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide detailed recommendations based on data analysis to inform business decisions and optimize operational workflows.
  • Manage and facilitate the successful implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives in conjunction with the YES project team.
  • Assist in project management efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.
  • Prepares and present data reporting and analysis to Senior Leadership for review and approval of business adjustments that impact business efficiency and optimization.
  • All other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience. Willing to train.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
  • Limited travel is required.
