Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external fundraising inquiries
Provide exceptional donor care by managing acknowledgments, thank-you communications, and timely follow-ups
Collaborate closely with Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications teams to create engaging donor outreach campaigns
Support the planning and logistics of fundraising initiatives and community events
Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy in the donor database (full training provided)
Generate detailed reports, manage data input, and analyze donor insights to inform strategy
Help prioritize team tasks, meet deadlines, and exceed fundraising goals
Stay informed on nonprofit sector trends and proactively suggest new fundraising ideas
Passionate about philanthropy and making a tangible impact in the community
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
