Job Responsibilities for Chemical Operator: - Utilizing an automatic dispenser to mix chemicals
- Operating Machinery: Operating various types of machinery, following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Machine Preparation: Preparing machines for daily use, including cleaning, calibration, and ensuring proper setup.
- Monitoring and Adjusting: Monitoring machine performance, identifying potential issues, and making necessary adjustments to settings or processes.
- Quality Control: Inspecting parts or products for quality, using measuring tools and adhering to quality standards.
Job Requirements for Chemical Operator: - Machine Operation: Understanding how to set up, operate, and adjust various types of machinery, including CNC machines.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, or operational issues that arise during machine operation.
- Quality Control: Performing checks to ensure that products meet quality standards and identifying any defects.
- Routine Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machiner
- Must have atleast 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and urine drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to attend work everyday on-time without any issue
