Director of Housekeeping – Captiva Island, Florida
Seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to join the leadership team at a premier resort destination on stunning Captiva Island. This expansive resort features over 200 guest rooms, private guest homes, golf, spa, tennis, and an array of luxury amenities… and growing!.
In this key role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Director of Housekeeping, or five or more years as an Assistant Director of Housekeeping in a large resort environment. A strong attention to detail, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to team training and development are essential.
