Job DescriptionJob Description We are a growing design & build studio looking for individuals to join our construction/fabrication team. We work on small to mid-scale residential & commercial projects using a wide range of construction methods and materials. Our work is carefully constructed, highly detailed, and rarely conventional. We are looking for people who are self motivated, curious, diligent and focused. Experience in framing (both wood and metal) trim/cabinetry and finish carpentry are all a plus but not necessary. We are looking for a motivated individual with basic construction/fabrication experience who is open to taking on a range of tasks. You will be assisting our current fabricators in all their processes, similar to an apprenticeship position. The right candidate will find lots of opportunity to learn and progress. Pay rate will be based on applicants prior experience, performance and skill level. Our ideal candidate is easy to work with, eager to take direction, mindful of their environment, and open to growth. Must have reliable transportation to and from sites within Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Bi-lingual folks encouraged, but not required. Please attach work samples along with resume if possible.
