We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of corporate and branding events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion

  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues

  • Handle permits, contracts, and compliance requirements

  • Supervise on-site event operations and troubleshoot as needed

  • Ensure events meet brand standards and client expectations

  • Prepare post-event evaluations and reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic event management tools
