Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, and licensed HVAC installation technician to join our company. You'll be responsible for visiting homes and businesses, assessing blueprints, codes, and manuals to install a variety of HVAC equipment. You’ll also be asked to install heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to install, troubleshoot, and diagnose all equipment and is an effective problem solver and communicator. Join our growing team! • Inspect all pipes, tubing joints, and connections for leaks
• Join pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
• Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components
• Arrange and attach electrical wiring according to the wiring diagram using hand tools
• Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
• Arriving at work on time
• Preparation before the job starts
• Speaking courteously to customers
• Attention to safety
• Properly pressurizing and evacuating systems
• Proper commissioning upon completion
• Complete paperwork and communication with the office

Qualifications:

• Applicant must have all required local and state appliance HVAC tech licenses
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Candidate is comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
• Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring
• Earned HVAC school degree and 2+ years experience working in the field as an installer
• 3+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience
• Clean driving record
• Reliable Transportation
• Good attitude
• Good communication skills
