Since 1970, Hale Kipa has championed Hawai'i's youth and children. We provide youth outreach, independent living facilities, therapeutic foster care, a haven for runaways, and more. Role Overview The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain a hydroponic farming system, ensuring its safe, efficient, and productive operation. This role also includes the development and implementation of a limited-scale aina and aquaponic farming practices. The position supports sustainable agriculture efforts through hands-on system oversight, basic infrastructure upkeep, and innovation in alternative food production methods.
