You will lead a team to meet or exceed financial and performance targets. Lead daily activities of associates and managers to achieve sales, service speed, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food safety. Maintain budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, and reporting. Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety standards. Foster a positive work culture focused on learning, development, and recognition. Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team, handling hiring, coaching, training, and discipline as needed. Monitor cash handling policies and ensure legal compliance. Address customer issues professionally to build long-term relationships. Collaborate with support partners like HR, Finance, and Maintenance. Maintain good relationships with vendors and the community. Essential Experience & Skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong management, delegation, and problem-solving skills. Judgment and discretion in resolving issues. Proven track record of driving growth and satisfaction. Proficient with computers. ServSafe Certification preferred. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 2+ years supervisory experience in a QSR. Flexible schedule, approximately 50 hours/week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, and lift at least 20 pounds.
