Investment Trade Operations Analyst We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Trade Operations Analyst position at a global asset management company located in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have intern experience and/or up to 1 year of experience in the financial services and/or asset management industry. This role is temporary (approximately 6 months) with the potential to become permanent and offers a pay rate of $24.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week. Responsibilities include: Researching and resolving trade discrepancies by interacting with brokers and custodian banks Instructing trades and trade amendments Preparing wire transfers to fund investment activities Processing and reconciling trade activities Processing cash transactions Performing daily and monthly asset and cash reconciliations Settling trades and foreign exchanges Reconciliation of asset positions Researching and reporting variances and incorrect holdings Preparing daily and monthly client reports Analyzing monthly portfolio asset reports for client accounts Monitoring cash flows, daily expenses, collateral holdings, and income receivables for client portfolios Using Bloomberg to research portfolio discrepancies Qualifications include: Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance Internship(s) or similar work experience Team player with a strong focus on completing tasks within strict deadlines Proficiency in MS Office applications and spreadsheets Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to send their updated resume in Word format to: hgorman@daleyaa.com Keywords: entry level, bachelor's degree, finance, investment operations analyst, investment accounting analyst, portfolio accounting analyst, portfolio operations analyst, trade operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley and Associates
