We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations and ensure efficient support for organizational needs. This is a long-term contract role based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, offering an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic IT team and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the Information Technology department to deliver reliable data and electronic tools for employees.
• Manage and optimize systems including CRM, ERP, and backup technologies to support business operations.
• Implement and oversee configuration management processes to maintain system integrity.
• Ensure the security and functionality of Active Directory and cloud-based technologies.
• Conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance and performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve the use of Cisco and Dell technologies.
• Supervise the maintenance and upgrades of computer hardware across the organization.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Monitor and manage resources effectively to achieve IT-related goals within the organization.• Proven experience with Cisco and Dell technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Expertise in CRM platforms and backup technologies.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory and configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and IT compliance standards.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware and related technologies.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
