Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week | Monday Friday
Caseload: PreK and Elementary students
Program: Cross-Categorical / Learning Disability SPED, including TASC (supporting students with moderate to severe behaviors, disabilities, and ASD)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in our Special Education programs. This individual will work closely with teachers and related service staff to assist students in both academic and behavioral growth within a supportive educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in inclusive and special education settings Assist with implementation of IEP accommodations and behavior intervention plans Work 1:1 or in small groups with students exhibiting moderate to severe needs Support classroom routines and transitions Collaborate with certified staff to ensure student success Requirements: Wisconsin Paraprofessional License required Experience in Special Education or working with students with disabilities strongly preferred Work Environment: Fully onsite position Team-oriented school culture focused on student development and staff collaboration Soliant
