Job Summary
The Marketing/Administrative Assistant is responsible for helping to develop and promote the i9 Sports brand identity to the community through guerilla & digital tactics. The primary function of this role is to educate potential customers about our programs and to build our membership/registration base.
Responsibilities
Building relationships & driving brand awareness with local business owners, community members, and schools
Executing guerilla marketing strategies including road signs, flyers, and in-person events
Executing digital marketing campaigns including advertising and social media
Interacting with the public and educating them on the i9 Sports Experience during in-person events
Create and disseminate seasonal school flyers
Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Assist with Administrative Duties and tasks as needed
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing/Platforms
Basic to Advanced knowledge of Photography/Photo Editing (Canva/Adobe)
Basic understanding of marketing and promotions
Ability to work off-hours and weekends
