Pharmacy Sales Director - Cigna Healthcare - Remote Join to apply for the Pharmacy Sales Director - Cigna Healthcare - Remote role at Cigna Healthcare . Position Summary Provides expert pharmacy content and professional leadership on complex sales assignments/projects. The primary responsibility includes collaborating with internal sales and client managers to develop and execute strategies to sell integrated programs in the 0500 Segment. Develops and implements sales strategies to meet sales objectives, exercising creativity, foresight, and judgment. Uses deep professional knowledge to advise leaders on the value pharmacy adds to the integrated model. Focuses on providing thought leadership to support sales and broader projects, recognized as a subject matter expert internally. This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation (IC). Job Responsibilities Meet or exceed annual territory sales goals by working with Cigna Healthcare Sales channel partners. Communicate effectively the use of Cigna's value proposition in sales. Provide consultative, expert information when promoting Cigna pharmacy. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales meeting requirements, demonstrating strong sales process execution. Understand prospects’ needs, goals, and decision-making processes. Record and manage all sales activities in SharePoint. Create and present territory-specific internal strategy documents. Lead pharmacy-related internal and external sales meetings. Manage RFP analysis to ensure best practices. Represent Cigna Pharmacy Management at finalist meetings and in the market. Stay current on PBM industry trends and competitors. Maintain positive relationships with internal departments and teams. Identify and pursue vetted medical-only clients for integrated programs. Partner with brokers, TPA, employer groups, benefit consultants, and government entities. Hold monthly strategic meetings with client managers on pharmacy best practices. Work with the implementation team for smooth transitions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years in the PBM sector, including product and pricing experience. Sales or direct client management experience. Strong strategic and analytical skills. Well-developed relationship management skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strong work ethic and competitive spirit. Ability to develop internal and external relationships. Motivated to succeed. Note: Internet connection must be through a broadband or fiber optic provider with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds if working remotely.
