M&S Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Consultant to work in Washington, DC.Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/PSI clearance. The ideal candidate will have4+ years of experience to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for a Federal Agency. This role focuses on working within a cleared environment and leveraging Salesforce GovCloud Plus to ensure compliance with federal security and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce configuration, an understanding of federal processes, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Salesforce Implementation and Support: Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet agency requirements, including workflows, process builders, and reports/dashboards. Support the implementation of Salesforce GovCloud Plus, ensuring alignment with federal compliance and security standards. Assist in development of requirements definition, user story documentation, configuration & testing activities, ensuring application integrity that meets clients acceptance criteria. 2. Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, leveraging standard and custom functionalities. Create detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions. 3. Training and User Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize adoption and efficiency of Salesforce solutions. Provide testing & UAT support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, Salesforce Solution Architect, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as a liaison between implementation teams and business users to align expectations and deliverables Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce experience, including configuration, and implementation. Experience working in federal or highly regulated environments is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce GovCloud Plus is preferred. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification required plus 3 other Salesforce Certifications (Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred). Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus. Skills: Proficient in Salesforce features, including Lightning Experience, Reports/Dashboards, and Automation Tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
