As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex , operate from a cutting-edge office environment , and boast one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV with over 10 million monthly views on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with us.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• 🗂 Providing essential administrative support and managing transactions for agents
• 🏡 Handling listing coordination, MLS updates, signage, and photography arrangements
• 📞 Ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organizing showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• 💻 Supporting marketing initiatives such as social media content, email campaigns, and CRM maintenance

• Exceptionally organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Motivated to advance a career in real estate

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
