Location: Auburn, WA

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Overview:

The Production System Training (PST) team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Analyst to support training initiatives and employee development on the production floor. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data analysis, training coordination, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of employee-focused programs and initiatives.
• Partner with organizational leaders to align training strategies with long-term business goals.
• Evaluate strategic organizational challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
• Continuously assess and improve meeting and review structures.
• Analyze and summarize key data to support decision-making (e.g., budgets, workforce planning, training needs, and facility requirements).
• Prepare and contribute to executive-level presentations and briefings.
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate large-scale meetings and events.
• Support project scheduling and budgeting; monitor progress and communicate updates.
• Plan and manage facility requirements for training and organizational needs.
• Develop and implement training content in collaboration with subject matter experts, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or
• 10+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in training development, data analysis, and organizational planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
