Key Responsibilities Support the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process for roles across Gray Operations Group and clients. Schedule and attend job intake meetings with Talent Acquisition Advisor and Hiring Managers Assist Hiring Managers in creating compelling job descriptions and post positions on company career sites, specialty job boards, and social media accounts to reach a wide audience Assist Talent Acquisition Advisor with initial screening of resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews with candidates. Assist Hiring Managers in scheduling and preparing for candidate interview and coordinate and solicit interview feedback from Hiring/Interview Teams Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding logistics Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and priorities. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment metrics Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and ensure that we are meeting our recruitment goals Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisor, HR team and cross-functional groups, such as Finance, Program Control, etc. Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionIdeal Candidate will have the following: A passion for talent, diversity, and operational excellence Self-starter with can-do attitude; proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills Excellent work ethic, sense of urgency, consistent sense of integrity and strident on privacy issues Ability to stay organized and proactively create and manage daily schedules and long-term plans Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize search activities Flexibility and adaptability to changing scenarios, audiences, schedules, and situationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in related field Minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and external resources Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Strong (and current) knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment selection and equal opportunityPreferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Management Prior working experience within government contracting Working knowledge of the following:o Internet Applicant Rule o Candidate dispositioningo Boolean string development Experience sourcing utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, Clearance Jobs, Dice, etc. Experience with candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) SourceCon Certified AIRS Recruitment Certifications SHRM-CP or PHR Certification Familiarity with iSolved (Applicant Pro) or UKG ATS Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000Work Arrangement: Hybrid Remote (2 days on-site with Talent Acquisition Advisor/3 days remote)ABOUT US:Gray Operations Group is a fast-growing consulting firm based in Huntsville, Alabama, specializing in delivering high-impact solutions in business operations, human resources, finance, and program control.
