Job Description
Nova Building Co. is looking to add a skilled Tile Installer to our growing team! We specialize in high-quality residential renovations, and we’re seeking someone with experience in flooring, bathroom systems, backsplashes, and other tile applications.
What You'll Be Doing:
Install tile flooring, bathroom shower systems (Schluter preferred), backsplashes, and decorative wall features
Layout and prep tile areas, including waterproofing and leveling
Cut and install tile with precision and attention to design
Grout and finish with clean, professional detail
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet timelines
Maintain a clean and organized job site
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in tile installation (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of waterproofing, Schluter/Kerdi systems, and floor leveling
Ability to read plans and follow design layouts
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
A good attitude and team-first mindset
