Essential Job Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols to monitor premises
• Control access by verifying IDs and maintaining visitor logs
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents
• Write reports and document incidents promptly
• Enforce rules and regulations
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate confrontations professionally
• Provide friendly and professional security services

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

• Valid FL Security Guard License
• Retired Law Enforcement ID Card
• Class "D" Security License
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Valid Driver's License
• Professional communication and appearance
