Job Summary

Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services, as well as sales process experience, to maximize sales and effectively manage assigned territory.

Job Description

Salary: $69,000 + $25,500 annual commission

Core Responsibilities

  1. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by canvassing assigned territory. Maintain thorough and current knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  2. Communicate effectively and develop rapport with customers. Assess individual customer needs and make appropriate recommendations. Enhance customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing, and competitive advantages. Evaluate competitive offers and articulate the benefits of choosing Comcast.
  3. Possess expert sales knowledge relevant to the position’s requirements.
  4. Create and execute turf management plans independently, utilizing experience-based sales techniques.
  5. Exhibit confidence in selling abilities.
  6. Manage time effectively and stay organized.
  7. Meet or exceed sales goals as established by the local market. Organize daily sales activities and generate business through approved lead generation methods. Use effective closing techniques to achieve installation goals.
  8. Have a proven track record in residential canvassing sales, especially in B2C environments.
  9. Maintain thorough understanding of video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home products.
  10. Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, customer service, and technical skills (including computer knowledge, billing systems, and databases).
  11. Meet physical requirements, including walking and traveling door-to-door in various weather conditions.
  12. Obtain and maintain necessary credentials/licenses for selling or designing alarm systems, if applicable.
  13. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  14. Maintain regular, punctual attendance, including working nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Base Pay: $69,000.00
