ROLE SUMMARY:

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes.
  • Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
  • Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations
  • Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards.
  • Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation.
  • Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques.
  • Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be authorized to work I the United States.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Must have attention to detail.
