Job Description

Our client, a prominent leader in the centrifugal pump industry, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00/hr DOE

Shift: Day Shift, M-F 6:00am-2:30pm

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including plumbing and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations staff to identify recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate lifting equipment and forklifts.
• Strong aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
