This hybrid role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and a passion for field marketing and event execution. You’ll work closely with the Growth Marketing team to plan and deliver high-impact events that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Own execution of assigned field marketing events and trade shows, including contract negotiation, logistics, shipping, budgeting, staffing, and vendor management Plan and execute regional field events, virtual events, webinars, and email campaigns to support channel-specific growth goals Develop and manage project timelines, event briefs, messaging, and promotional materials in collaboration with the broader marketing team Track, measure, and report KPIs related to campaign performance, event success, and ROI Coordinate communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution Manage post-event follow-ups, lead capture, and reporting through marketing systems Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, trade show coordination, or growth marketing Proven ability to run both physical and virtual events from start to finish Strong project management and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams Proficiency with marketing and project tools including: Marketo Tableau Asana Google Workspace Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S. Standard Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time Hybrid Schedule: 3 days/week in-office in San Jose, CA Monthly U.S. travel for events may be required Preferred Traits Passion for customer-facing events and marketing strategy High attention to detail with a “get-it-done” attitude Experience supporting accounting, finance, or professional services audiences is a plus Qualified candidates must be local to the Bay Area and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
